SUMMER SKILLS & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

• Advanced Powerskating
• Intense On and Off Ice Training for Maximum Player Development
• Increase Strength, Power, Explosiveness and Gain Speed

All Geneva High School, Marmion Academy and St. Francis High School Hockey Players, including incoming Freshman, are invited.

Program starts June 25 and runs through August 20. $100 for 10 sessions. Each session includes one hour on ice with off ice training directly following.
